We’re pleased to announce that we have relaunched our graduate training programme and are looking for innovative, motivated, and driven graduates who are ready to join our team.
Working within one of our four offices across the eastern region, our programme provides the opportunity to develop into a Recruitment Consultant, acquiring the skills to achieve great success.
The role itself is challenging but will offer exciting opportunities and variety, with no two days the same. Our graduates develop the skills to be confident with:
- Developing a network of candidates from a variety of sources including advertising, professional networking sites, referrals and Pure’s own database.
- Building relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs, providing advice for example on the current market and salaries.
- Matching suitable candidates to roles, ensuring both the client and candidate receive the very best customer service.
- Working to challenging sales targets, achieving incentives and bonuses.
Most importantly, our graduates will be responsible for helping people find their dream jobs.
