We’ve Achieved Gold Investors in People Accreditation – Again
We’re proud to share that Pure has once again achieved Gold accreditation from Investors in People (IIP) — reaffirming our long‑standing commitment to putting people at the heart of everything we do.
This recognition reflects not just where we are today, but the culture we’ve deliberately built and sustained over many years.
What is Investors in People?
Investors in People is a globally recognised framework that supports organisations to improve performance through effective people management. Accreditation is awarded to organisations that can clearly demonstrate how they lead, support and develop their people — and Gold status places Pure among a relatively small group of employers who exceed best‑practice standards.
With IIP recognised in dozens of countries worldwide, Gold accreditation continues to be a powerful independent endorsement of our approach to leadership, culture and capability building.
Why it matters to us

How we are assessed
As part of the assessment process, our people shared honest, anonymous feedback through a company‑wide survey, along with in‑depth interviews conducted by an independent IIP assessor.
The feedback highlighted:
- people feel trusted, informed and encouraged to use initiative
- strong alignment to Pure’s values which are consistently lived day to day
- high levels of trust in leadership and management
- strong cross-team collaboration
- open and transparent communication
We were particularly pleased to see how strongly our teams spoke about collaboration, autonomy and the sense of pride they feel working at Pure.
