Pure shortlisted for two Investors In People Awards

We’re really pleased to announce that Pure has made the final shortlists for two awards at the Investors in People Awards 2022. With entries from over three hundred organisations – a record-breaking year – this is an amazing achievement. And it’s one we’re all incredibly proud of, especially as the shortlists feature only 10 organisations.

Which awards are we up for?

We’ve been shortlisted for:

  • the award for employee engagement
  • the award for UK employer of the year: gold.

What are the Investors In People awards?

These awards celebrate the very best businesses and individuals in various organisational, people, wellbeing and leadership categories. Each year hundreds of organisations from the UK and abroad battle it out to show their commitment to #MakeWorkBetter. But only a few get to take home one of the sought-after trophies. And this year we’re hoping to be one of them.

Ben Farrow, Operations Director at Pure, said: “I’m genuinely delighted that we’ve been shortlisted for both Investors in People awards, especially as we celebrate 20 years of Pure this month. Being in the business every day and spending time with our people, I know Pure is a great place to work. And I can see what a brilliant, engaged and collaborative team we have. To have an external organisation like Investors In People recognise and understand that is a testament to everyone here at Pure.”

Managing Director David Culley said: “At Pure we work hard to create an environment that encourages our people to play an active role in making our culture what it is. The Investors In People gold status we already have gave us the reassurance that we have a highly engaged workforce. And being shortlisted for these two categories has further endorsed this. It’s a privilege to be in line for these awards – a clear indication of the dedication and hard work the team has invested in the business. I’m really proud.”

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, commented: “In what has been the biggest and most competitive year so far, it always makes me feel immensely proud to see so many fantastic organisations and individuals staking their claim to be the best. And every year, the entries do get more and more competitive, and the judging even tighter. Reaching the final shortlist is a testament to the amazing commitment these organisations are making to make work better for their people, and they truly deserve this recognition.”

When are the winners announced?

On 15 November at a ceremony in London, which we’ll be attending.
