We are delighted to reveal that three of our Pure team are celebrating promotions to mark the start of the New Year.
Hannah Flindall and Andy Dowsett, based at our Chelmsford office, have both been promoted to the role of Senior Managing Consultant. Mark Colton, based in our Cambridge office, has been promoted to the role of Managing Consultant.
Hannah Flindall first joined Pure six years ago, with previous recruitment experience in Essex and Australia, and has since played an instrumental role in the growth and development of our Essex office. Specialising in temporary and interim recruitment, Hannah has supported a variety of organisations. She is also one of the lead team members for the Best Employers Eastern Region initiative, which brings together local employers to support the economic growth of the region through increased employee engagement.
Andy Dowsett started his recruitment career with us. Having joined Pure five years ago with no previous recruitment experience, but a wealth of business expertise, we have been able to support his progression to this senior position. With a strong network including professional advisors, clients and candidates, Andy recruits senior accountancy roles, including Finance Directors, for a variety of clients, across multiple sectors and industries. He also plays a key role in business development and leads on many of our Essex-based events for initiatives including our Finance Leadership Programme.
Based at Pure’s Cambridge office, Mark now has in excess of 20 years’ experience of recruiting within the Cambridge area. As well as specialising in accountancy recruitment, Mark also focuses on short-term and contract recruitment at a senior level, such as placing interim Finance Directors, as part of the Pure Executive team.
