Pure hosts HR Directors Dinner for senior professionals

Eleven HR professionals attended an informal dinner in Norwich, hosted by professional recruitment specialists Pure, to discuss topical issues and to network with peers.

The invite-only event was held on Wednesday 22nd November at St Giles House Hotel in the city. It was organised and hosted by Lynn Walters and Becky Wilson from Pure, who were joined by HR professionals from Birketts, Easton & Otley College, Anglia Farmers, Norfolk County Council, EPOS Now and Saffron Housing.

Karen Norton, a consultant with Norwich-based leadership and training organisation Turning Factor, was also a guest speaker at the event and shared her experiences of working with businesses undergoing organisational change and transformation.

Becky Wilson, senior managing consultant and HR recruiter at Pure, said: “These events are designed to bring HR Directors from local businesses together in a friendly and relaxed environment. It gives them a chance to discuss key topics, share best practice and to problem solve challenges with others working at the same level.”

Pure has been hosting HR Directors Dinners in the county since 2015 as part of an extensive calendar of events designed to support local businesses; including Finance Director (FD) Breakfast Clubs, Best Employers Eastern Region seminars and its Women’s Leadership Programme.

The HR Directors Dinners take place every six months. For more information contact Becky on: becky.wilson@prs.uk.com
