Pure are delighted to sponsor the Best Employer Award at the Eastern Daily Press Business Awards 2015, to be held on Thursday 5 November at The Norfolk Showground.  Three finalists:  Lintott Control Systems, Naked Wines and Selesti have been shortlisted with one winner set to be  crowned “Best Employer” at the Awards ceremony.

The Best Employer Award, sponsored by Pure, recognises a business that demonstrates a clear vision and understanding of what keeps teams motivated and engaged.  The judging panel have been reviewing demonstrable evidence of: personal development opportunities for staff; strong communication; innovative ways of recognising, rewarding and thanking staff; empowering its team to make a difference for a charity or their local community; flexible working and staff wellbeing; diversity and openness to feedback; and truly living their values.

Entering its 25^th year, the awards celebrate businesses across the region with over 300 businesses entered this year.
