Pure Resourcing Solutions in the running for national Recruitment Firm of the Year award
The UK's most senior financial decision makers have shortlisted East of England based Pure Resourcing Solutions as Recruitment Firm of the Year finalists in the FDs' Excellence Awards 2012.
The FDs' Excellence Awards recognise the UK's best Financial Directors and the service providers which help keep their organisation's running smoothly and efficiently including recruitment consultancies, software providers, business banks and auditors.
Service providers to the financial service industry, like Pure Resourcing Solutions, are shortlisted for the awards via a survey of chief financial officers, financial directors and senior financial decision-makers from British businesses. This year a record breaking 1,170 leading business figures completed the survey to discover which service providers had most satisfied their requirements and to create a shortlist of finalists.
Pure Resourcing Solutions, which has offices in Norwich, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Cambridge, is one of seven recruitment firms across the UK to be named as finalists in this year's awards. The winners, selected by the organisations with the highest average scores in the survey, will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony in London on 24 May.
Gill Buchanan, Director at Pure Resourcing Solutions, said: "We are delighted to have been chosen as finalists. Two of our specialist areas are accountancy and financial services and our clients range from FSTE 100 companies to private businesses.
We feel passionately about ensuring businesses are able to draw on the best possible reservoir of talent and believe that we are connected to the networks, companies and people that will make a difference to a business.
We believe this passion, combined with our consultative approach and solid expertise makes us stand out from the crowd. We adapt the way we work to the individual client and bring extra benefits though a number of additional services including personality profiling, interview and induction support and mentoring schemes."
The awards are hosted by Real Business magazine in association with Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and supported by the UK's leading business organisation The CBI.
