Best Employers 2020 programme moves to 2021
We would love to say that we are planning to press on as usual, but in these very unusual and unsettling times, we know that not everyone will be able to deliver their employee survey as planned.
We have come up with a new plan that is designed to support our Best Employer community and provide some valuable free tools during this period of uncertainty.
The Best Employers Eastern Region Programme is moving to 2021
Our team is planning a new programme of events and survey to follow a similar pattern to what was originally planned for 2020.
Assuming that social distancing has become a thing of the past, we will host a launch event in March 2021, after which the survey will be open. Your organisation will have until September 2021 to complete the survey and we will host an awards conference in early November 2021.
You can expect a similar line up of key speakers and business leaders, the only difference being that the content will be even richer after we have all navigated and lead our people and organisations through this unprecedented change.
In addition, we will introduce some additional questions about how organisations responded to the COVID-19 crisis, which will complement the existing employee survey.
Deliver your Best Employer Survey for free in 2020
For some organisations, conducting an employee survey will be extremely valuable over the next few months. Eras ltd have very kindly offered to support you through this crisis by making the survey completely free this year to our Best Employer community. If you have registered to take part in 2020 and would still like the feedback from your employees, then you can log onto the Best Employer portal and deliver your survey for free. You can track and measure your data compared to previous years and will have access to the full report. However, the accreditations and awards will not be based on this data and all we ask in return is that you take part in 2021.
Although it will not be right for every organisation, the survey could be a very valuable tool to capture feedback whilst many of your people will have swiftly adapted to remote and home working. What better way to stay connected with them and hear their immediate feedback!
Awards and Accreditations
If you are currently a Best Employer accredited or award-winning organisation, your award will carry over to 2021, meaning you can still use your award to recruit, develop and retain your employees. The judging and accreditation process will move to 2021 and only organisations that complete the survey in 2021, will qualify to enter the awards.
