We remain committed to the continued delivery of a high-quality recruitment service. Our team, across all four offices, have the technology and support in place to continue working remotely. Our capability to support clients and candidates with their recruitment and job search requirements will not be affected.
The wellbeing of our staff and the duty of care to our clients and candidates is of the utmost importance to us all here at Pure. We pride ourselves on working across all four of our regional offices as one big team, sharing knowledge, candidates and expertise for the benefit of our clients. The working location of our teams won’t change this. Our continuity plans go beyond ensuring our teams can work remotely. They also include strategies to keep our teams engaged and supported, so they can continue to focus their energy on delivering great results and expert advice.
We appreciate that our clients will also have their own contingency plans in place and our teams will follow their guidance when engaging with their people.
We have a comprehensive business continuity plan in place. We will continue to check and update our plans in accordance with Government advice and share any further updates via our website and social media channels. We will also use these digital platforms to share any relevant advice and tips which we think may be particularly helpful during the current climate.
