Pure continues its successful Finance Leadership Programme in Suffolk and Essex

Pure continues the successful Finance Leadership Programme, in collaboration with Grant Thornton, with the second workshop focusing on “People and Leadership” at the Grant Thornton offices in Chelmsford on Wednesday 11 May 2016 and Ipswich on Thursday 26 May 2016.

The Finance Leadership Programme is designed for finance professionals focused on developing their careers and is made up of a small, invite-only group aimed to introduce a balance of business insight and leadership development within a relaxed and neutral environment. 

Taking place at the Grant Thornton offices at 85 New London Rd, Chelmsford, the Finance Leadership Programme, Essex, addresses the topic of “People and Leadership” with the help of guest speakers from Fluid Business Coaching as well as Countryside Properties, covering practical solutions in a neutral environment.

Tom Earl, Associate Director, Pure will be chairing the session said: “We were delighted with the first session in January, which bought together future leaders in the Finance Profession.  I am delighted to welcome both Andy Sleet from Fluid Business Coaching and Wendy Colgrave, ex CFO of Countryside Properties who will help a “managers tool kit” for our outstanding delegate list.”

The Finance Leadership Programme, Suffolk, will be held at the Grant Thornton offices in Compair Crescent, Ipswich, chaired by Pure’s Jodie Woodrow and Grant Thornton’s Ian Thoroughgood. It is the second of three interactive, round table sessions in 2016 featuring Steve Millbank from eras Ltd and Andrew Staff, Group CFO of Underground Toys and Director of Conatus Associates Ltd.  Topics include theoretical leadership models as well as leading and inspiring others to reach their full potential, through to key motivational techniques, effective time management tools and resolving challenging situations.” practical support on staff motivation, time management and conflict resolution.
