Pure hosted the latest Women’s leadership Programme graduation with event on Thursday 12 November 2015 at Paddocks House Newmarket.

Eight exceptional graduates took part in the programme consisting of two modules over a six-month period and developed by Pure and People & Performance Ltd.

The programme is specifically designed for female managers who aspire to progress to more senior roles and want to develop their leadership style, find the right balance in their work and home life and be their authentic selves at work. Utilising a blend of coaching, seminars and inspirational guest speakers, designed to work with developing leadership styles essential for today’s leaders.

Celebrating in style with an afternoon tea and champagne, the graduates were presented with top tips from guest speaker, Wendy Cosgrave, who also shared her experiences of rising to the top.  Wendy is a chartered accountant and was the youngest Group Finance Director in a listed company at Countryside Properties plc.
