Delegates enjoy inspirational afternoon at Women's Leadership Programme graduation
Pure, in partnership with People and Performance held its the third Women’s Leadership Programme (WLP) graduation on 20 May 2015 at Paddocks House, Newmarket. Delegates enjoyed an afternoon of inspirational discussions, with graduates sharing what they had gained from the programme and their plans for the future. The graduates were then presented with a certificate and a small gift, followed by a champagne afternoon tea.
The WLP aims to support professional women across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire to develop their leadership style and progress to more senior roles, in the future. This course had two part-funded places - the New Anglia LEP who funded a place for a female employee from an SME in Norfolk or Suffolk and the Blossom Charity who part funded a place for a woman from a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
The next programme takes place on 24 and 25 June, and 15 and 16 September 2015, at Paddock House in Newmarket
