Changing for the better – introducing our new ESG statement

Pure ESG statementWe want to build a business for the future. One that meets our responsibilities to society and the environments and communities we work in, while driving positive change for all. So we’ve created a new environmental, social and governance (ESG) statement. It sets out our commitments to sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance.

Why have we done this?

Because the way we do business is just as important as our bottom line. And we want everyone who works with us – our employees, clients, jobseekers, suppliers and anyone else – to understand our commitments in this area, and to hold us accountable.

We also want to showcase our company’s values, and the way we’re putting our people’s wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

What’s in it?

Our statement has information on:

  • the things we’re doing to reduce our impact on the environment, like cutting the energy we use and planting trees
  • our charitable work, and how we’re improving the communities we work in
  • the different ways we’re taking care of our people and creating an environment in which they can flourish
  • the things we’re doing to create a more diverse workplace at all levels, both for ourselves and for our clients.
