More than just a survey

Best Employers is the go-to programme when it comes to understanding the employee experience. It’s based around an employee engagement survey, but that’s just the beginning. Those who take part get access to a community of forward-thinking organisations that believe success can only be achieved through their people. One that empowers leaders to transform workplace cultures and environments into something really special.

At its heart, Best Employers is about helping organisations develop forward-thinking and inclusive workplaces where people can flourish and thrive, and that drive productivity and economic growth.

Recognising the Best Employers’ stars

The culmination of Best Employers is our awards conference. It’s where we bring organisations from across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk together to reveal who’s won a coveted accreditation or award.

While the awards and accreditations are a big part of our celebration, we’ve also got a packed agenda of inspirational speakers from well-known organisations (including Tom Athron, CEO of Fortnum & Mason). They’re going to give us advice and insights on how they’ve improved the employee experience and workplace culture. There will also be lots of Q&A sessions and networking opportunities.
