That means being able to show potential employees what’s unique about your organisation. Why is it a great place to work? You should showcase your culture and benefits, and, ideally, what others in your team say about working for you. There are lots of ways to do this – like dedicated web pages, culture books (manuals outlining a company’s values, its story and its commitment to creating a positive culture) and how you present your organisation on social media.
You’ll also want to continue showing what’s great about you throughout your interview and onboarding processes.
