Pure are proud to be supporting the Cambridge News & Media Business Excellence Awards sponsoring the “Employer of the Year” category for the fifth consecutive year.

Employer of the Year. This award recognises the organisation which has successfully engaged its employees by inspiring, motivating, developing and rewarding them.  Previous winners include Cambscuisine, Mills and Reeve, Cambridge Building Society and Cambridge Consultants.

The annual awards, run by Cambridge News & Media and the Cambridge Business magazine, feature a wide range of different categories for organisations of all sizes and industries to enter. These include awards for Large Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, and Award for Outstanding Contribution.

David Culley, Associate Director at Pure, said: “We’re proud to be a part of these annual awards which celebrate the region’s exceptional business community. The deadline to submit entries is fast approaching and we are encouraging businesses not to miss out on the chance of winning an accolade this year. The awards culminate in a Gala dinner at King’s College and previous winners have gone on to make the most of their title, not least in attracting new talent to join their business.

Entering the awards couldn’t be easier – just provide 500 words to describe why your organisation is deserving of the title of Employer of the Year. Entries can be uploaded online at Cambridge News. The deadline to enter is 5.30pm on Monday 23 January.  The awards will be presented on Thursday 23 March at King’s College, Cambridge.
