Why we're proud to sponsor the Money Multiplier Challenge 2025

At Pure, we are always looking for meaningful ways to support our local community and make a positive impact. That is why we are absolutely thrilled to be the headline sponsor for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity’s Money Multiplier Challenge 2025.

This inspiring initiative invites teams from local businesses to take part in a three-month fundraising challenge, running from 1 October to 31 December. Each participating team is given a £50 seed fund and tasked with multiplying it into as much money as possible. The funds raised will go directly towards supporting people across Cambridgeshire living with advanced serious illnesses and those who need end-of-life care.

Thanks to our sponsorship through Best Employers Eastern Region – the employee engagement programme we run in partnership with corporate partners across the East of England, every single team that signs up will receive a fully funded £50 head start. This means that 100% of the money they raise will go straight to the charity’s vital services, including care provided at the hospice in Cambridge, the Alan Hudson Centre in Wisbech, and in patients’ own homes across the region.

We believe the Money Multiplier Challenge is about more than just fundraising. It is about creativity, collaboration and community spirit. Teams will come together to find innovative ways to grow their funds, from bake sales and quiz nights to dress-down days and online raffles. The challenge offers a fantastic opportunity to boost morale, strengthen team bonds and do something truly meaningful — whether working remotely or in the office.

The team that raises the most money will receive a beautiful glass trophy donated by GoGlass, as well as free entry to an Arthur Rank Hospice Charity event in 2026. But really, every team that takes part is a winner. They will be making a real difference to local families at a time when it matters most.

Lynn Walters, Founder of Pure Executive and Co-founder of Best Employers Eastern Region, shared her thoughts on why this partnership is so important to us:
“We are incredibly proud to support Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and their brilliant Money Multiplier Challenge. It is a fantastic initiative that brings people together, inspires creativity and raises vital funds for a cause close to many of our hearts. Through Best Employers, we have seen how purposeful team activities can strengthen culture and engagement. This challenge is a great example of that in action.”

We are also proud to be promoting the challenge across our network, helping to raise awareness and encourage more businesses to get involved. Last year’s challenge raised over £5,000, and with your help, we hope to go even further this year.

Sophie Marriage, Corporate Partnerships Officer at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, expressed her thanks:
“This is such a fun challenge and over the years we have really enjoyed businesses getting involved in such a creative way. A huge thank you to our event sponsors, Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region, for generously supporting the Money Multiplier Challenge 2025. Their sponsorship has enabled us to provide every team with a £50 seed fund to kickstart their fundraising efforts to support patients and their families in the Hospice, at the Alan Hudson Centre in Wisbech and in peoples own homes across the community.”

This year, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity hopes to involve even more teams and grow the challenge beyond the success of last year, which raised over £5,000. Sophie added:
“Not only have Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region given every team a fundraising head start, but they are also helping to promote the challenge across their extensive network. We are so grateful to have their support.”
