BOLLFILTER UK, based in Tolleshunt D’arcy, Essex, is a UK supplier of leading filtration solutions and specialist in filtration of liquids and gases. BOLLFILTERS are internationally renowned for their quality and reliability and the company supplies liquid and gas filtration technology worldwide to a variety of industries.
CHALLENGE
Veronica Brown, Finance Director at BOLLFILTER UK Limited, was looking to recruit a new Finance Controller. The organisation’s most recent experience of working with a recruitment firm had resulted in an unsuccessful appointment. The candidate appointed was not the right fit for the role or the for the company’s culture. This time Veronica wanted to work with an agency which took a different approach.
SOLUTION
Having sought advice on potential recruitment firms to work with, Pure was highly recommended to Veronica by business coach Stephen Unwin.
Pure’s Managing Consultant Andy Dowsett, who works with clients and candidates in the Accountancy specialism, arranged to meet with Veronica to find out more about the role and to explain how Pure works in partnership with clients to recruit the right person for the role.
