On Monday 19th August several members of the Pure team from our Chelmsford & Ipswich offices took part in a charity 6 aside football tournament in aid of Kids Inspire. The charity helps young people in Essex become valued members of society through therapy, counselling and mentoring.

The tournament was made up of 12 teams of local businesses in a 5 group game format.

Team Pure came second in their group on goal difference, had a tense quarter final ending in penalties with consultant Tom Blake scoring the winning penalty. The Pure team then went on to win the tournament, beating Leonard Gray Llamas in an exciting penalty shoot out in the final.

Ben Farrow, Manager from the Pure Chelmsford office commented "It was a tense game, particularly during the penalty shoot out, but we got a great result in the end - for us and for Kids Inspire"

The Pure team included Scott Woodrow, Craig Cordle, Tom Blake, Stuart Allsopp, Ben Farrow.

The event raised over £750 much needed funds for the charity.
