Organise training/development courses and annual careers conferences for members and non-members ensuring that deadlines are met, trainers and delegates are satisfied, and budgets are achieved.
Prepare and deliver associated communications via e-newsletters, social media and email.
Support member recruitment and retention.
Provide solid administration duties to the team.
Strong team player
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of organisations and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face to face at events
Strong organisational/self-management skills
Attention to detail
You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and understand the principles of databases, have experience of web CMS and InDesign, experience of business-related webinars/ social media/e-newsletter and a full driving license.
