Pure are delighted to be recruiting for an Office Administrator, on behalf of a successful organisation in Great Blakenham, Ipswich. A suitable individual will have previous administration experience, with a customer focussed personality. Somebody who is professional and proactive, with a warm and approachable nature. This position is currently vacant, so an immediate start is desirable.

Monday to Friday

On site parking available
ASAP starter ideally, but willing to wait for the right individual

Duties Required:
  • Answering and diverting calls effeciently, using a switchboard system
  • Taking messages and delivering them in a timely manner, to the correct individual
  • Welcoming visitors to site, ensuring they sign in and are issued with a visitors pass
  • Monitoring company calender and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing and packing promotional and marketing materials
  • Handling deliveries on arrival and signing when appropriate
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing admin support to the Sales and Business Development teams, when required
  • General administration duties

Experience Required:
  • Previous reception, administration and customer service experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Well presented and organised
  • Reliable and happy to 'muck in'

Due to location, somebody with their own transport is preferable.
