Temporary Finance AssistantReference: BH-52498
The role is to support the business through a busy period.
This role can be offered on a part time or full time basis and will be a remote role.
There will be adhoc travel to the office to collect equipment etc.
This role will work alongside the Financial Accountant dealing with transactional tasks.
The main duties of the role will be as follows:
- Coding invoices
- Processing invoices on the system
- Statement reconciliation
- Raising invoices
- Issuing credit notes
- Sending out duplicate invoices
- Adhoc finance admin Candidates must be computer literate and must process previous Accounting experience.
The company use Sage so any experience of this would be desirable.
