What is the role?
- Provide a single point of contact for all stakeholders in relation to IT issues and incidents.
- Provide exceptional standards of support to all customers and support a variety of products, services, and platforms
- Give technical assistance with IT projects and be involved with the testing and deployment of new hardware and software
- Supporting the development of more junior members on the service desk
- Identify potential areas of improvement
What do you need?
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365
- Experience with VOIP systems
- Previous experience providing 2nd line support
- Desire to improve systems and processes to benefit the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
