We are working with a market leading business looking to hire a Technical Support Analyst to work out of their Colchester office. With great benefits, you will have the opportunity to work within an exceptional team.
What is the role?
Delivering a high standard of service desk support and responsible for providing the first point of contact for technology issues, responding to incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk from a variety of means, phone, email and in person, requests and incidents, along with providing first line support which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues within their remit.
What do you need?
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, IT security and hardware configuration and installation.
  • Experience working with a busy enterprise IT service desk providing 1st/2nd line support
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
