To be successful in this role you will need strong knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as you will be required to amend, maintain and format multiple documents for varying members of the team. The role requires the ability to work with others, sometimes under pressure and to demanding timetables with resilience and good humour as part of a team of professional staff.
In addition, you will need to be highly organised and hold exceptional oral and written communication skills. For these reasons, applicants will need to hold 5 or more GCSE's (or equivalents) inclusive of Maths and English. Previous experience of secretarial and team administration essential.
