Talent Coordinator wanted for a scaling technology business based in Cambridge.
Salary – upto £30,000
Hybrid Working – must be able commute to the office in Cambridge
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this is an exciting time to join a technology business who are leading the market in their field. With offices in 5 countries around the world and ambitious hiring plans, this role would suit an experienced Talent / Recruitment Coordinator who is truly passionate about finding high calibre people to join the team.  
  • Support hiring managers with resourcing and talent planning by:
  • Keep our job adverts up to date and on the right media, i.e., their ATS system and job boards;
  • Organise and attend hiring ‘kick-off’ meetings with Hiring Managers to establish a clear, tailored hiring process;
  • Pre-screen CVs for suitability;
  • Manage the candidate experience with best practice at heart;
  • Organise interviews and ensure timely communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process;
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, i.e., write job specs, provide hiring reports with relevant data, update forecasting plans;
  • Carry out benchmarking activities for sector salary and benefits;
  • Manage the Careers inbox;
  • Attend weekly hiring meetings
About you?
  • Qualified to A’level standard or above
  • Proficient in MS office packages
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Able to multitask and be super organised
  • Good understanding of hiring practice
  • Experience of using a ATS
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a start-up environment an make things happen
