Your main responsibilities within the role will be sourcing candidates through various channels, focussing on direct hire where possible, developing your own network of potential candidates creating strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. Alongside this, you will be working closely with the heads of departments to help inform team structures and headcount, as well as identifying and nurturing individuals to ensure they have a robust succession plan in place for key roles. #
You will also work closely with the marketing and PR teams, to develop the employer brand and continue to ensure that they become an employer of choice in the region.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, In-house recruiter or similar recruitment focussed HR role. With hands-on experience within the full recruitment cycle, you will have a strong focus on direct hiring and be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks is vital as much of their attraction methodologies are through these links.
A strong influencer and confident relationship builder, you will confident in working across all levels of stakeholders.
