We are delighted to be supporting our client, a well known and established business in Ipswich to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody currently working within Talent Acquisition or a strong administrator. You will be supporting candidates from their initial application through to onboarding providing a excellent service along the way.
On offer is a highly competitive salary, a 10% bonus target, hybrid working (2 days in the office minimum) and a generous benefits package.

What will the role involve?
- Support the team in advertising roles on job boards
- Organising interviews, sending confirmations via email and booking meeting rooms
- Process new starters, produce offer letters and contracts
- Conduct pre-employment checks, ensure all required information is collected
- Update internal systems
- Answer incoming emails from candidates
- Support with ad-hoc requirements as they arise
What key skills do I need?
- Solid administration skills
- A knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Confident in using MS Office and in-house databases
