I am recruiting a unique Talent Acquisition Business Partner role which is Remote however, must come from either industry sectors financial services or Insurance.

Role Purpose:
- You will own the candidate and hiring manager journey providing insight, guidance, and support in the cradle to grave running of our recruitment and selection process
- Leveraging relationships, and promoting their Employer Brand you will seek to attract top talent to the business via a channel approach.
- You will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and on boarding industry leading talent that matches with their values and core principles.
- Driving a direct hire model that provides top talent in a timely way that will help to drive our growth objectives and provide meaningful return on investment on key recruitment initiatives
- Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience and scoring a consistently positive NPS
- Promoting the recruitment of a Diverse and Inclusive talent pool to enhance the values
- Custodian of the people plan and budget ensuring all roles are within budget, authorised on the ATS and sourced in an appropriate manner whilst adhering to policy and regulation relating to GDPR, and Employment Background checking
- Experienced recruiter either agency or in-house
- Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
- Empathetic and commercially balanced with strong influencing skills to passive and active candidates as a great place to grow their career
- Customer focused with a collaborative approach and strong sense of purpose and doing the right thing by colleagues, customers and the business
