We have partnered with a market leading local business seeking an IT Service Desk Technician role based in Ipswich.
What is the role?
  • To provide structured and organised support to internal staff
  • Work to agreed Service Desk processes using ITIL best practices
  • Complete and escalate tickets where appropriate
  • Deploy and set up hardware
What do you need?
  • Proven Service Desk experience
  • Microsoft Technologies (Win 10, O365)
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to use initiative
