What is the role?
- To provide structured and organised support to internal staff
- Work to agreed Service Desk processes using ITIL best practices
- Complete and escalate tickets where appropriate
- Deploy and set up hardware
What do you need?
- Proven Service Desk experience
- Microsoft Technologies (Win 10, O365)
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with ability to use initiative
