You will be working as part of a close knit team, providing all aspects of 1st line Support, primarily via incoming calls. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a Service Desk environment and excellent customer service skills.
Key technical skills include:
- Phone based Customer Service / Service Desk Experience
- 1st Line technical support - Active Directory - Windows Server etc
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience of remote access tools
