Salary£12.50 - £14.50 per hour
I have an immediate requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast paced, customer focused, service desk on a contract basis.

You will be working as part of a close knit team, providing all aspects of 1st line Support, primarily via incoming calls.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a Service Desk environment and excellent customer service skills. This role operates a hybrid working pattern, with WFH available, but a requirement to be able to work from the clients office in South Essex a minimum of 3 days a week, so a successful application will need to live in a commutable distance and be able to travel to the office on a regular basis.

Key technical skills include:
  • Phone based Customer Service / Service Desk Experience
  • 1st Line technical support - Active Directory - Windows Server etc
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of remote access tools
