Salary£50000 - £60000 per annum
We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join a leading professional services organisation to be responsible for the learning and development of employees across the business.  Working across the organisation's six locations, the role will deliver training and learning on a range of topics both in person and remotely.  Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, the Senior Learning & Development Manager will work across all levels of the organisation and take responsibility for: 
  • Deliver training both in person and remotely on a range of soft skills topics including communication, client care, time management and people management skills. 
  • Facilitate team building and support best practice in hybrid working to deliver higher performance, adapt ways of working and creating environments where everyone thrives
  • Support individuals / groups with career development and ensuring career pathways are transparent and accessible
  • Support the organisation's talent management and development programmes, and continually enhance programmes to meet evolving needs.
  • Develop or procure best practice resources, e-learning, apps and support to complement traditional classroom learning that support the curation of the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide internal clientele with a depth and breadth of learning, resources and development
  • Manage strategic projects that support business improvement initiatives e.g. achieving Investors in People awards, diversity initiatives, setting up mentoring schemes
Applicants will have extensive training and developing experience gained within a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment, professional service firm experience would be advantageous. A confident communicator, you will be used to presenting and facilitating to a varied employee base and be passionate about innovation and new ways of learning and engagement.
