Working with some of the high tech businesses based in the Cambridge cluster as well as the wider technology community across the UK, governments and law enforcement you will be responsible for delivering infrastructure & development projects for the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Resolving technical incidents, service requests, changes and problems.
- Assist with the design, implementation and documentation of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
- Work closely with the technical architecture team, helping to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Management and documentation of information relating to incidents, service requests, change and problem, and the effective communication of progress of such events to all stakeholders in line with internal process.
- Collaborate with all business units to bring about timely resolution of technical issues.
- Administration of physical and virtual servers, storage and network infrastructure along with on-premises and Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Cloud based Infrastructure : Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office365 and Windows Desktop.
- Networking (CISCO) and Firewall (CISCO, Palo Alto) - Switch and firewall maintenance
- Windows Server Technologies
- Virtualisation – VMWare, HyperV
- Physical hands on server experience, racking, iDRAC
