Summary
- True HR generalist remit and you will be responsible for delivering across the full spectrum of people topics within the business.
- Working closely with the HR Director you will support the development of and actively implement and deliver the people agenda across a growing business.
- You will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law, best practise ER procedures and processes, and experienced recruitment, talent development and performance management.
- You will have the opportunity to support and lead on a variety of people projects and be responsible for providing a business focused and best practice HR support to the business.
Main key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to our managers, enhancing their managerial competencies by providing day-to-day support and advice on all employee related matters, and designing and delivering fit-for-purpose training materials if required.
- Assist in the identification and provision of employee training and development needs, support managers in driving employee development and performance management.
- Lead on-boarding and the probation process for new starters.
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes across the business.
- Assist in employee engagement projects and ongoing initiatives around culture.
- Update and maintain an effective HR database system as well as relevant trackers.
- Support on delivering timely and effective administration of HR, Payroll and other employee documentation as required.
- Support the on-going review of HR processes and policies.
