We are recruiting a Salesforce Administrator for a premium manufacturer in Bury St. Edmunds.
The Salesforce Administrator will implement a series of automated campaigns to targeted customers at different stages of their customer life cycle.
Requirements for the role:
  • 2+ years experience using Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud and Marketing Automation Platforms from an administrator role.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Flows and be able to demonstrate an example of their previous work.
  • ADM201 Certified is desirable but not essential.
Duties include:
  • Project Manage Salesforce Developments from the technical build, deployment from sandbox to production utilizing a Change Control process via the Helpdesk system.
  • Be able to re-design many of the Workflow Rules and Process Builders currently running in the Salesforce instance into a Flow. 
  • Responsible for helping to shape the strategic vision and ongoing improvement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), digital and online marketing activities which support and drive sales and marketing activities globally.
  • Developing, coordinating, analysing, and optimizing all forms of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to: digital marketing, and email campaigns.
  • A good understanding of HTML, CSS and Java would be very beneficial for this role, to assist in the creation of end-user and channel emails.
Hybrid role, 2-days WFH after induction/probation.
