Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising sales agreements
  • The setup of customer accounts on the company’s CRM system
  • Raising quotations on request
  • Assisting with sales appointment preparation
  • Supporting Customer Service, as required
  • Managing own workload, with great organisation and confidence 
Essential Skills & Capabilities:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced administration/customer-focused role, where the delivery of high standards of customer service and accuracy standards is crucial.
  • Clear and professional communication techniques
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Good ability to understand and process of technical information
  • Flexible with a great can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business softwares
