We are recruiting for a leading, growing company on the outskirts of Brentwood who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk, to join their established team on a permanent basis.

Full Time- 9am-5.00pm-Monday- Friday, Hybrid working, study support and free parking

You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. They are open to someone looking to step into their first accounts position.

You will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for:

  • Creating new AR processes
  • Chasing outstanding payments from customers
  • Dealing with queries
  • Sales ledger invoice processing
  • Moderating reports
  • Updating adhoc files
  • Keeping customer details up to date and creating new ones with correct checks required
To be successful you must:
  • Be studying AAT or be qualified by experience
  • Must understand accounts administration
  • Minimum Maths and English at GCSE Level
  • Good Excel skills
  • Methodical and analytical approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Must be hard-working and a team player
