Salary£19000 per annum
We are recruiting a temporary Sales Ledger Clerk for a busy organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich, initially for two months.  This opportunity has remote working after your initial training, although the successful candidate will occasionally need to be in the office.

Applicants should have previous sales ledger and/or credit control experience.

The position is working alongside the Credit Controller and the role duties will include:

  • Credit control support – Aged debt report formatting & distribution/ debt chasing via telephone, emails and letters as directed by credit controller.
  • Cashbook postings – receipt allocation into system
  • Invoicing support – including mileage invoicing, adhoc manual invoices and potentially looking after the recharge schedule
  • Allocating receipts to correct accounts and clearing sales ledger accounts
Candidates should be immediately available and be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.  There is the possibility for the position to carry on for a longer period of time.
