Salary£24000 - £26000 per annum
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dealership based in Cambridge and play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process. This role will be responsible for building credibility with major corporate clients through consistent and reliable delivery. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will:
  • Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
  • Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
  • Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
  • Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection
  • Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
The ideal candidate will have previous Fleet Sales Administration experience with experience in all aspects of the post-sale process. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long standing relationships
