The successful candidate will be joining a internal recruitment team responsible for job vacancies within the care industry. This is a excellent opportunity to join a company who are thriving and have plans for growth and investment in the near future.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Work alongside Line Managers to establish recruitment needs 
  • Write job descriptions and advertise roles 
  • Collate incoming CV's and shortlist for Managers 
  • Conduct a initial pre-screening call and liaise with Managers on candidates to progress 
  • Organise interviews for Managers 
  • Provide feedback and progress successful candidates 
  • Brief Recruitment Agencies where required 

Key Skills
  • Experience within a recruitment or resourcing role is essential 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and candidates 
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability to work under own initiative
