We are partnering with a leading public sector organisation based in Cambridge to help them recruit a Reporting & Information Analyst who will form part of their HR team.
This role is being offered on a 3 year FTC to help support a transformation project within the organisation.
The purpose of the role will be deliver statutory reporting and management information and analysis from the HR Information System (HRIS) to senior managers and other stakeholders within the business.
Key duties include –
  • Gathering documents requirements from end users of reports.
  • Developing new reports using tools such as Cognos and Excel by receiving client requirements and querying operational and business performance data, building queries and formatting query output so that presentation standards are suitable for a non-specialist audience.
  • Specifying new data extracts from live systems and works with the IT staff to deliver the new extracts.
  • Pro-actively applying enhancements to existing reports and proposes additional reports to meet business needs.
  • Supporting data quality enhancement by analysing existing data
About you?
You will have advanced excel, experience of using reporting tools for reporting from enterprise systems, knowledge of SQL would be an advantage, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ideally experience of working in a HR team. Education to include English and Maths at GCSE level.
