Salary£10 - £11 per hour
We are keen to hear from applicants who are available to undertake an interim assignment as a Recruitment Officer. This opportunity is an immediate start until October 2021.

Working as part of a busy Resourcing team, the role will support the delivery of an end to end recruitment service to the organisation, including initial advice and guidance around resourcing options, through the recruitment cycle to the point that a conditional job offer is made.
Managing a varied workload, you will prepare recruitment documentation in line with corporate standards and policy and support managers in the preparation of advertisements and ensure these are placed in the most appropriate social media channels by the required deadlines.

Our client is looking for someone who enjoys a positive team approach and is solution focused. You will be accessing information from a variety of electronic systems and will be able to adapt to new systems.
With an NVQ 2 level qualification in administration or studying for a CIPD Level 3, you will have a working knowledge and understanding of recruitment administrative processes and procedures. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate an understanding of good customer service.

The role will be home based and our client will provide technology and equipment  in order for you to connect and collaborate remotely.  Good Broadband connectivity will obviously be required.
