Pure are pleased to be working with a fantastic business based in Romford who have grown massively over the last 18 months due to a new acquisition, they are now looking for a Recruitment Officer to join them and support they journey of growth. This role will require a presence in both their Romford and Southend office at least once every other week.
 
The Role
 
  • Advertising all vacancies across the business, including high volume contact centre vacancies
  • Head hunting candidates, using job boards, and building up a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Working on the companies’ careers page to attract new talent
  • Reviewing CV’s and interviewing candidates over the phone before passing CV’s to the hiring managers to continue the recruitment process
  • Preparing CVs to forward to hiring managers
  • Reviewing the candidate tracking system to ensure everything is tracked properly, including agency use
 
Skills and Attributes Required
 
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience recruiting fast paced, high volume roles
  • Enthusiasm and a positive, problem solving approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
