Pure are delighted to be working in partnership with Norfolk & Suffolk Constabularies in the appointment of a Recruitment Manager within their People Directorate.

This is an exciting time to join Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies at a time of growth within HR. Based from their Headquarters in Wymondham, the Recruitment Manager will work across both Norfolk & Suffolk commands, focused on the development and delivery of the Recruitment and Workforce strategy.
Leading and developing the Recruitment team, the role will be focused on the delivery of a first-class professional and customer focussed recruitment service, responsive to the evolving needs of the organisation. As the subject matter expert, you will provide specialist recruitment advice as well as driving a recruitment strategy that focuses on enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience.  Working closely with both commands you will ensure the future workforce needs are articulated and embedded in recruitment activity and across the People Directorate; including the development of resourcing plans to attract and retain a broad and diverse community of talent, in both recruitment campaigns and through succession planning and promotion processes.

We are looking for candidates who are ambitious and possess a genuine desire to be part of an exciting and forward-thinking organisation. You will be a confident Leader who will effectively communicate with the team and recruiting managers. With a customer focussed approach and the desire to deliver outstanding service, you will have a demonstrable track record in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns and show knowledge in the very best candidate attraction methods coupled with experience of developing and implementing recruitment strategy and plans. You will have the ability to work under pressure, effectively managing and taking ownership of conflicting priorities with confidence and resilience. 

Your experience will have come from any industry sector or an agency background but the key factor is being able to demonstrate you have delivered volume recruitment within a fast paced environment.
