Pure are currently recruiting for an exciting job opportunity word leading technology business in North Cambridge. This is a 12-month FTC, which offer hybrid working from home and in the office.  

Job Role  
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be passionate about acquiring talent, enhancing employer brand and providing and exceptional candidate experience through the recruitment journey.
Job Responsibilities  
  • Proactively managing recruitment activities and processes, ensuring that all aspects of our recruitment campaigns are undertaken effectively whilst supporting hiring managers through the advertising, application and shortlisting interview and appointment stages  
  • Posting recruitment campaigns on job boards and via social media outlets  
  • Headhunting candidates for positions  
  • Helping to manage relationships with recruitment agencies on the company’s PSL  
  • Managing the delivery of pre-employment documentation whilst ensuring standards and deadlines are adhered to  
  • Compile and update candidate records ensuring compliance with GDPR at all times  
  • Ensure data held on the applicant tracking system and HR system accurate and up to date throughout the employee lifecycle  
Skills and experience required 
  • Previous technical recruitment experience with a high technology sector is mandatory  
  • Experience within a HR environment, with some knowledge of operational HR activities  
  • Well versed in the recruitment process, as well as relevant employment legislation  
  • Experience of using an ATS is highly desirable  
  • Ability to demonstrate a good eye for detail  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
