Are you looking for a internal recruitment and training role with a fantastic company and team? 

We are delighted to be working alongside a leading company within their field to recruit a Recruitment and Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for recruitment and on-boarding and also assist in creating and updating training programmes working closely with Line Managers to identify requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Liaising with Line Managers to identify recruitment and training needs 
  • Create adverts, review CV's, organise and conduct interviews for live job vacancies 
  • Make job offers and take charge of all the on-boarding for new starters
  • Participate in career events and job fairs 
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, brief jobs and keep in regular contact over active roles 
  • Work with HR Manager to identify training needs 
  • Assist with designing and implementing training programmes 
  • Work with Managers to develop team members to achieve agreed goals
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required 

Key Skills
  • A sound knowledge of the recruitment life cycle 
  • Ability to design effective training programmes 
  • IT proficient - a excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages 
  • Organised and accurate work ethic 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines
