Salary£40000 - £45000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established but rapidly growing commercial business in South Essex.

The business is going through a period of transformation, growing both organically and by acquisition, this will increase their headcount and turnover significantly over the next 12 months.
This role to add experience and expertise to the Talent Acquisition function and to focus primarily on Clinical Recruitment.

The overall remit for this role will be to recruit for the best possible talent within the best timeframe.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Identifying recruitment needs across the multiple sites across the South East
  • Setting and developing strategies to attract niche candidates with key clinical expertise
  • Communicating with and promoting opportunities to these candidates
  • Creating interest in the organisation and engagement with the employer brand
  • Creating talentpools and candidate pipelines for future roles
  • Building relationships with key suppliers, job boards and other strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Develop the employee brand of the organisation.
This role will be about adding value, building a recruitment brand, building key stakeholder relationships and bringing knowledge and experience, it is about attracting talent quickly but also about getting the best talent that will also stay and develop within the business.
Key skills, experience and characteristics required;
  • A seasoned recruiter with experience recruiting in a clinical or heavily regulated sector
  • Strong experience of direct hire and utilising candidate attraction tools
  • Sophisticated communication skills across a wide range of media
