Salary£23000 - £25000 per annum
Receptionist/Administrator required for this 12 month contract located in South Cambs.

Salary: £24/25,000pa
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a varied role that requires someone with a cando attitude who thrives in a busy and changing environment.

  • Meeting/greeting visitors, handing out badges etc
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Booking and arranging meeting rooms
  • Ordering of internal supplies
  • Managing and stocking of social area
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Updating the intranet home page
  • Sorting and franking the post
  • Scheduling employee initiatives
  • Supporting with travel admin

Your skills/experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
