Pure are supporting a successful financial services organisation based in central Ipswich, with the recruitment of a full time Administrator for their Quality Assurance Team. A welcoming and friendly environment, with opportunities for progression in the longer term. The successful individual will need to be bright, proactive and self-motivated, with the abiltiy to deliver exceptional customer service. 

The QA team are responsible for establishing and maintaining the journey of the customer. You will be working as part of a team that ensures the quality of calls and work being completed, is to the highest level of service and managing customer expectations. You will be giving feedback and training to the areas needing improvement. Support in reviewing processes and suggest improvements. 

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Key Skills Required:
  • Experience in giving feedback through verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of company standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability and confidence to communicated with different stakeholders within the business.
  • To complete checks on the level of service being provided, through telephone and written samples.
  • Interact with employees to provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support in identifying trends and operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
  • Support in developing quality assurance standards through data gathered.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current working practices within own team.
